Urban Thread is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you in checking the shipment status.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

Any eligible claim will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. International Shipping

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Urban Thread currently focuses on deliveries within the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping may not be available for all products or destinations.
